I have 6 monthly treatment and I can see the improvements that this ward has made. The introduction of staff introducing themselves was very welcomed. The staff were extremely informative about my treatment and answered all my questions. The treatment ran smoothly and I was included at every stage. Amazing staff with 5* treatment.
The care that I received was excellent. I don't think anything could have been done better. I arrived at the drop in centre at 9.55 p.m. but was seen very quickly and the Triage nurse was exceptionallty helpful and arranged an appointment for me with the duty doctor at 11.30. He was able to see me an hour early and I was able to go home before 11.00 p.m. I had been to the Centre before and have always had the same excellent treatment. I have thoroughly recommended it to several people and will do so again.J Longden
I found this service extremely good. I was seen too within half an hour. I did have to return I was given a time slot. When I returned I was seen too straight away. Excellent service and staff.

I can honestly say that, from the moment I arrived until I left award B4, the care and attention by all staff were excellent. Although there were extremely busy with their tasks, you were made to feel at ease and free to ask for help. They gave thorough guidance on what you should do after you were sent home. The atmosphere in the ward was calm and restful. The staff were respectful to patients and to each other and seemed dedicated to their work. An ideal ward to be a day patient when you feel a little nervous about your operation.
The staff were warm and friendly, they explained things clearly and made sure I understood my options. The atmosphere was welcoming and it was good that we didn't have to worry about parking.
I would also like to compliment Sister Ruth (don't know her surname) - if more staff had the same attitude towards people, not just patients but those attending with them, there would be fewer complaints about communication in the health service
The ward staff are very freindly and attentive. They helped put me at ease at this worrying time I can not speak to highly of them.
From the initial consultation in October to today’s procedure the whole process has been fantastic. Friendly staff and seen on time makes you feel like the place is well managed which reassures you.
Was provided with a full written report after procedure and today’s appointment was booked quickly after initial consultation.
I did try to provide excellent feedback via the text message from the initial consultation but fir some reason the reply didn’t work.
